Age of Child - (Pre-K and K)
Incoming Pre-K students must be 4 years old by August 31 of the current school year.
Incoming Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by August 31 of the current school year.
Documents needed (all students)
A copy of the child's birth certificate
A copy of the child's immunization record (Record will be reviewed by school administrative assistant for compliance with the law.)
A copy of the child's Baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
