4^th Quarter Reading Assignments

Middle School Non-BOB

The 4^th quarter reading grade will consist of the following:

• 25 AR points (40%)
• 2 booktalks (40%)
• Genre passport (15%)
• Book log (5%)

Your total reading grade will count as 20% of your total LA grade.

Book level must be at least 6.0. If you would like to read a book below that level, Mrs. Yencho must approve it first.

Due Dates:

• April 19 (Thursday) – 1^st Booktalk
• April 23 (Monday) – 12 AR points
• May 17 (Thursday) – 2^nd Booktalk
• May 22 (Tuesday) – 25 AR Points
• May 23 (Wednesday) – Book log

• AR grade (40%)
• 2 booktalks (40%)
• Genre passport (15%)
• Book log (5%)

An average of your expert books will be counted as your AR grade for the 4^th quarter.

Your total reading grade will count as 20% of your total LA grade.

Due Dates:

• April 19 (Thursday) – 1^st Booktalk

• May 17 (Thursday) – 2^nd Booktalk

• May 22 (Tuesday) – AR on all expert books complete

• May 23 (Wednesday) – Book log
