R.E.A.D. with Cooper the Dog

We are excited to welcome Cooper, the Reading Education Assistance Dog (R.E.A.D.), to our school!  Mrs. Peggy Wendling and her dog, Cooper, will work with individual students on Tuesday afternoons for approximately 15 minutes each week.  This program is offered through the Pet Partner organization which is dedicated to improving the reading skills of children using a registered therapy team (a trained volunteer and his/her pet as literary mentors).  There are no fees to participate.

A permission form is required for students to be able to participate in the R.E.A.D. program with Cooper and Mrs. Wendling.  Select the link below to download your form.  Please contact the school office if you have questions or need additional information.
